DTF Transfers and Screen Print Transfers:
All transfers are ready to ship unless marked as a preorder. Ready-to-ship items usually ship out within 1– 5 business days. (Mon-Sat) 
Preorder transfers will have a date with the latest date items will ship, please view the date prior to ordering. 

Apparel (Shirts, Sweatshirts, etc.):
All apparel items are made to order and ship within 5–14 business days. During peak times, please allow a little extra time for production.

Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email. Shipping times vary depending on your location and carrier

We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost or stolen packages, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist.
